JUST A REMINDER, HOWEVER.
I have a strict policy that sounds a bit like this;
"Either shout up or shut up"
Meaning, if you aren't honest and speak your mind, sit down and shut up.
I can't care about what is not told, and I'm sick of mind games where I have to guess what people really mean, and what they just say as a test.
